Dr. Andreas Jacob, Yoga Trainer

Vor etwa zehn Jahren kam ich über das Studium der indischen Philosophie zum Yoga. Sehr schnell wurde mir bewusst, dass viele der theoretischen Schwierigkeiten des westlichen Denkens in den praktischen spirituellen Disziplinen des Yoga und Vedanta ihre Lösung erfahren. Die achtsame Beobachtung des Körpers und der Gedanken führt konsequent aus den eingebildeten Leiden eines überspannten Verstandes hinaus und trainiert den Körper intensiv. Sowohl als Gesundheitsprävention als auch als hochwirksame Methode der mentalen Weiterentwicklung eignen sich Yoga und Meditation hervorragend, die Lebensqualität entscheidend zu verbessern.

Als Yogalehrer achte ich darauf, stets den Fundamenten des Yoga treu zu bleiben. Es geht nicht um Leistung und Akrobatik, sondern um das simple Gewahrwerden innerer Stille. Stressproblematiken und psychosomatische Beschwerden können auf diese Weise gelindert, wenn nicht sogar beseitigt werden.

Kleine Einführung unseres Kurses:

 

Kundalini Yoga wird auch genannt "Yoga des Bewussteins", da durch die Kriyas, Übungsreihen wie Atemübungen und Meditationen, sich Tore in uns öffnen, durch welche wir Kontakt zu unserem wahren ich wiederaufnehmen können.
In den Kundalini - Yoga Stunden - werden wir manchmal auch Mantras singen, die bekannt sind für die Reinigung der negativen Emotionen und unausgesprochener Konflikten, dadurch wird unsere Kommunikation bewusster und verfeinert unseren Geist, welcher somit meditativ angeregt wird. Durch die Musik bekommt jeder die Möglichkeit durch den inneren Klang zu sich zu finden und diesen auf sich selbst einstimmen zu können.
Ein wunderschöner Aspekt der Meditationen die wir praktizieren, um die Reinigung des Geistes so anzuregen, und wir alle unwichtigen Konflikte, störende Gedanken und Ängste loslassen können um sich auf seine Bestimmung fokussieren zu können.
Ich lade Sie ein um mit mir auf diese Reise ins Innere zu gehen, und die Tore zu Ihrem ich selbst zu öffnen, und somit können Sie sich so auf den Weg zu Ihrer Bestimmung begeben.

Kundalini Yoga hat mir eine ganz simple aber unglaubliche wichtige Erfahrung gegeben, und zwar Klarheit die ich in jedem Aspekt meines Lebens integrieren konnte.

Als Yoga-Einsteiger haben Kinder uns Erwachsenen gegenüber einen großen Vorteil: Sie sind noch klein und gelenkig, und sie ahmen "die Großen" liebend gerne nach. Wenn Sie zuhause Yoga üben, werden Sie schnell feststellen, dass Ihr(e) Kind(er) die Bewegungen im Yoga schon ab einem Alter von etwa drei Jahren nachzuahmen versuchen.
